Where do you ship to?
Bella B Treasures currently ships to the USA only.
How long will my order take to ship?
Orders typically ship out within 5-7 business days*.
How do I track my order?
Once we ship your order, you'll receive an e-mail with your tracking information so you'll have it on hand. If your order shipped very recently, please allow up to 24-48 hours for the tracking number to update.
Are your products cruelty-free?
Absolutely! We research and strive to use the safest, most natural and/or naturally derived ingredients from companies we know and trust. **Any products containing essential oils and/or botanical/herbs (See disclaimer below)**
Shipping Policy
All products are handmade fresh in small batches, orders can take up to 48 hours to fullfil with an additional 24 hours to ensure stabilization (larger orders may take an additional 24 hours). Once shipped, it may take additional days to process through the mail. Please note, regardless of shipping method; fulfillment times remain the same. Please note, shipping can/may be delayed during the holidays.
Return/Refund Policy
Because our products are handcrafted to order, all sales are final; we are also not allowed to accept physical returns. However, we will offer a replacement item or a refund in certain circumstances if contacted within 5 days of receiving your order. If you have placed an order and a confirmation email has not been received, you may cancel via email @ [email protected] or via our Contact page. Once shipped, no further changes can be made.
